Looking at reviews, the most popular appears to be the SPS5-14H.
However, the SPS5-10C is a little more affordable and recently received its first online reviews in April.

As a medium-size portable air conditioner, the Shinco SPS5-10C is ideal for bedrooms or apartments.

The Shinco acs are a little newer, but so far have received positive buyer reviews.
Looking through ac units on Amazon they appear to be among the most affordable — it’s common for newer products to have a lower price to incentivize more reviews.
In any case, the Shinco SPS5-10C appears to be a great option.
Not only is it an affordably price portable ac, but the built-in dehumidifier is a nice added benefit.
