How to Track Online Orders

Below are directions to help you find your online order and locate the tracking number.

Online retailers with tracking links:

• Amazon
• Target
• Walmart

1.) How to Track Amazon orders

If logged into your Amazon account you can find your order number by clicking the link below:

When you are logged into your Amazon account, click the item(s) you want to find and click “Track Package”. The screenshot below provides an example of the yellow “Track package” button.

If your order says “Delivered” and you haven’t received it, you will want to contact Amazon Customer Service.

They’re available through email or chat. (**note: only contact customer service if it has been 36-hours after it states “delivered”)

2.) How to track Target.com orders

Sign into your account and click on your profile located in the top right. For mobile click the “Menu” button From the drop down menu select “Orders” Click “Online Orders” Select the Target.com order you wish to track. Click “Track Shipment” You will see the Target order tracking code  ** Note: tracking info can take up to 24-hrs to appear. Please wait before contacting Target customer service. 3.) How to track Walmart.com orders

To track your Walmart order you will need the email used to purchase and the last 6-digits of the order number you want to track. Only if it has been 24-hours since “delivered” was posted, but you have not received go here to contact Walmart customer service.
